Nadine's superpower is turning a room full of strangers into unlikely allies.
Over the past decade, she has designed and facilitated gatherings across scales and sectors — from intimate retreats and cross-sectoral think tanks to multi-day conferences and multi-stakeholder dialogues. Most recently, she built the annual Regenerative Healthcare Conference at Rodale Institute from the ground up, bridging the worlds of agriculture and healthcare through the power of intentional convening.
