Nadine Clopton is a systems midwife, educator, & weaver of community.
Her work translates complexity into connection, turns strangers into communities of unlikely allies, and invites us into rewilding both soil & soul.
As the Founder & Principal of Conscious Consulting, LLC, she curates transformative convenings, facilitates cross-sector collaboration, and works as an educator & strategic advisor at the intersection of systems change, food as medicine, regenerative agriculture, and inner development.
She is also the Co-Founder of VendWell Provisions Co. — reimagining vending as a tool for community health, weaving wellness into everyday spaces, and offering regenerative procurement strategy for values-aligned businesses.
Root & Rewild — her newsletter & podcast — is where that work comes home. It's Nadine's invitation to slow down, look to the people already tending the terrain — both inner and outer — and to remember our collective power in cultivating a more beautiful emergent world.
Her expertise was shaped, in part, by four years at Rodale Institute, where she led the Regenerative Health program and built the annual Regenerative Healthcare Conference — cultivating community at the nexus of regenerative organic agriculture, soil health, and human health.
Earlier in her journey, she served as an NGO Youth Representative to the United Nations on behalf of Caring & Living As Neighbours, an Australia-based international NGO — which led to her election as Director, and eventually President, of the Global NGO Executive Committee, representing over 1,500+ NGOs across civil society at the UN. She was the first young person to serve in that capacity, opening the door for other young people to step into civil society leadership roles.
She holds a Master of Arts in Environmental Policy Design from Lehigh University, where she also completed a dual undergraduate degree in Health, Medicine, & Society and Political Science.
Outside of her professional endeavors, she is an herbalist, writer, traveler, & classically-trained opera singer who finds joy in local farmers markets & connecting with nature.
She lives in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania with her fiancé (and VendWell Co-Founder), Aidan.
About the Podcast
Root & Rewild is a call to remembrance.
